Why Emotional Terrorism of the Progressive Left is Failing

The Progressives won’t stop telling us about the ‘bad things’ that happened in either their past or society’s past. They’re very fond of their politically correct crutches. These ‘bad things’ are then used as an emotional springboard to control and suppress other’s actions or words. Because of these personal or national traumas, they must be continuously catered to by government and others in society to the point that they morally impoverish the entire society with their absurd demands and immoral behaviors. The words they use as weapons are starting to have a desensitizing effect. That is why some of the more extreme of their ilk are turning to force.

As America is slowly self-correcting, we are no longer putting up with the overt gaslighting and manipulation, so the tactics used by Marxists disguised as Democrats are starting to fail with sometimes violent consequences. The immediate response against this in the media was to appease the vocal minor and try to steady a rocking ship but this seems to be failing also. People are fatigued from all the manipulation and are pushing back. This is leaving some on the far left perplexed and with others it is motivating them to violence. This is also how you can tell you’re dealing with Marxists not Democrats. Traditionally, democrats weren’t violent, Marxists nearly always were/are. The Left as a party is bifurcating into two separate entities, the Left of Center and the Radical Marxists.

The problem with the Marxist is that it hasn’t quite occurred to them that the path forward isn’t more emotional terrorism and blackmail in pursuit of the status quo but instead they need new ideas and better behavior. They’ve gotten so used to using these tactics they don’t understand any other way to push their cause. The media’s response has also been instructive and put on display just how utterly inflexible and awful the introspection of the elite Left is. In truth, the Right isn’t much better because they just sat passively over the last few decades and let the Marxist do whatever they wanted but the behavior of the left has consistently been magnitudes more atrocious.

The radical left is currently trying to figure out a way forward now that the American public has utterly and completely rejected transgenderism as the newest emotional terrorism as its social and “civil rights” cause of the 2020’s. It’s like watching the two old drunks argue over who is allowed to control the TV remote. The Marxist left is still arguing over how to reclaim the narrative when the “morally wrong” and “politically incorrect’ public has slapped them down for insisting that men be allowed to invade women’s spaces. A topic that is completely out of touch and even more bizarre for the fact that much of the more moderate left seems to grasp as much (Fetterman).

It doesn’t even occur to the Progressives that perhaps the public is right, and they are not. It’s a form of emotional and immoral arrogance. They are attempting to maintain their own superiority while lamenting the failure of their extremism/radicalism to impose its will on the rest of us. Because of the inability to continue to gaslight, manipulate and control the things they don’t agree with, they keep falling back to the old habits of victimization or worse now they are engaging in violence.

It hasn’t even occurred to many Progressives that transgenderism, which is overwhelmingly not a popular issue and that attempting to force the ideology of mentally ill and delusional people on the rest of us insisting the public share in and promote their delusions is NOT the logical extension of the civil rights movement. They are therefore losing even more support even from their own base because they’ve doubled down on stupidity and moved so far left.

The moderate left has an easy opportunity to make themselves relevant again, but they are incapable of doing it. All they have to say was, “Look, we realize forcing this on the public was a bad idea, or there isn’t a lot of support for men in women’s locker rooms, it was a mistake.” Instead, they in the media and through the very monsters they created have resorted to violent rhetoric or violence itself to force the issue. This will not end well.

The problem is that progressives are intellectually arrogant and out of touch. Many have college educations but the commonsense of a thumbtack and morality of a hooker. A problem made worse by the fact that they’re a one-trick pony who can’t process anything outside of victimization and the promulgation and promotion of immoral behaviors like sexual deviancy, abortion and oppression of the poor or disenfranchised through poor legislation or unjust rulings.

So, now they’ve reached the point where we can’t even have a conversation with them unless you agree to call a man by a woman’s name or pronoun because not to do so is to deny that man his humanity. Communication has stopped and we’ve hit a dangerous impasse because the radicals won’t have a dialogue, they just resort to screaming over us or violence.

Just because something bad happened to some people or group in the past doesn’t mean we need to cater to or coddle them because they haven’t found a way to move on. Gaslighting or manipulating to maintain an immoral status quo is no longer acceptable and even politically middle of the road people are starting to reject this type of emotional terrorism from an overly vocal minority. Never mind that the progressives act as if it shouldn’t even be asked to defend their immoral or untenable positions. Especially positions like insisting a man who pretends to be a woman is nonetheless a man is somehow hateful. To label as Nazism the idea of pushing back against absurd ideas being promulgated by the left is somehow hateful and truncates the dialogue leading to aforementioned violence. It’s just illogical poor thinking.

The easy conclusion we could draw from all of this is those doing this are just a bunch of irrelevant liberal nitwits whose navel-gazing conversations might be supported by corporate media propaganda. Because of this they are only worthy of ridicule and unworthy of our time. I believe, considering recent violent events, there is far more to what is going on than that.

They can’t be ignored. Their immoral and degenerate ideas should be ignored but they, as a group, should not be. They’ve become a Marxist threat and danger. They’re now turning on the American people for having taken away the power they wielded against us during the four years of Joe Biden’s nominal presidency after COVID, and all they have is victimization and name-calling. They can’t get past his animosity for people who don’t conform to their worldview. Nor can they get past the notion that the ‘civil rights’ era, as it applies to transsexuals and even homosexuals is now over. They beat those topic up and abused the hand they were playing so badly, no one is interested in listening to them whine.

As revealed in the horrid social media responses to the Charlie Kirk assassination and failure to recognize the importance of the assassination, they’ve stripped away any remaining moral superiority they could even pretend to still possess. Without that supposed moral superiority, they have nothing but screaming, civil unrest and violence.

We’ve now gotten to a point where nobody cares that ‘something bad’ happened to small, isolated socially protected activist group anymore. People are now tired of bad things continuing to happen because the very same people complaining are forcing their immorality and bad behavior on us. When we refuse or reject it they resort to even worse things like murder or attacks.

But this is where radical progressive Marxist desperately wants to keep us. Residing in a politically correct, immoral and godless limbo. We as a society are now facing the question of what happens when terrorism of the emotional variety has lost its usefulness. What we are finding out is that the emotional variety is becoming the violent variety.

This is unacceptable.
